BEAM. was founded on a simple observation: every woman working in architecture, engineering, construction, and development has a story about gear that didn't fit. Not just physically — but in every sense. Safety wear built for a workforce that didn't include them.

We kept the certification and rebuilt everything else. The Alpha 01 is the first hi-vis safety vest designed from the female experience first — tailored armholes, a structured collar, a cut that works over your workwear without the bulk. Made in Canada.
